Jazib Ijaz – ACA (Eng. & Wales) handles the expanding advisory portfolio of the firm by providing consultancy services to many national and international clients on different assignments such as payroll outsourcing services; strategic business planning; Merger & Acquisitions; legal, financial and technical due diligence, financial management; infrastructure development; transaction advisory services; policy manuals and corporate affairs etc. Jazib has working knowledge of Companies’ Act and other relevant laws and ordinances subject to Income and Sales tax.
Jazib did his BSc from London School of Economics, University of London and after that pursued chartered accountancy from Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. He pursues and secures new business opportunities and manages current relationships from the industry-leading group enterprises to meet the requirements of client.
